Chameleons lay their eggs in a hid location, including soil, sand, or leaf litter. The female chameleon typically digs a gap during the substrate together with her hind legs and deposits her eggs inside. The number of eggs laid at once varies depending on the species, however it can range from five to two hundred eggs. Female veiled chameleons wil
